Tony Fleiter - Principal & Solicitor B Com,LLB

Principal of Macquarie Legal Practice. Maintains current practising certificates in each of New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. Holds degrees in Economics and Law from Monash University. Admitted to Practice in 1976.

Tracey Middleton - Dip. Law (SAB)

Engaged in active legal practice for twenty five years holding Senior Associate and Partnership positions in both large National Firms and medium to small boutiques. Admitted to Practice in 1984

Tracey has extensive experience in family law and property relationship (de facto) matters which, combined with the litigation expertise and a commercial background, fundamental to the practical application of family law.

 
Abe Schwartz - LLB (UNSW)

Abe consults to Macquarie Legal Practice in personal injuries and other insurance claims.  He has more than 30 years experience conducting District and Supreme Court litigation, supervising and training solicitors and claims staff at two insurers and conducting catastrophic injury claims on behalf of a NSW Government department.  He represents both injured plaintiffs and insurers and was appointed a CARS Assessor with the Motor Accidents Authority in 2003.
